The company is owned by Tony Geraci, who leads with passion, integrity, and a commitment to helping others succeed. Kelly Worthington, Tony’s wife, serves as our Director of Agent Experience & Mortgage Concierge, playing a key role in agent support, growth, and overall experience. Adam, Tony and Kelly’s brother-in-law, is our Sales and Listing Manager, bringing leadership, knowledge, and hands-on support to our agents every day.

Brooke, our Recruiting and Profit Sharing Manager, and Jim, our Chief Financial Officer, are not only married, but have also been lifelong friends of Tony and Kelly for over 30 years — a true testament to the deep roots and trust within our leadership team.

Rounding out our core family is Debbie, our Office Manager, who has been an essential part of our office family for over 10 years and helps keep everything running smoothly with care and dedication. She also provides new agent training to ensure all new Realtors have a successful onboarding process!
