CENTURY 21 HomeStar offers some of the best commission splits in the industry

  • 80%: All Agents transferring from another real estate office will get an 80% commis-sion split. That will NEVER change. There is no minimum production required.
  • 90%: When an Agent earns $60,000 in gross commission for a calendar year. All sales for the rest of the year after $60,000 is earned will be at a 90% commission. All closings after January 1st will begin at 80%
  • 100%+: 5% Profit Sharing. All Agents have the ability to earn profit sharing for re-cruiting other agents to CENTURY 21 HomeStar.
Agents have the ability to truly build a real estate business. CENTURY 21 HomeStar in-vests in the Agents that want to grow and build wealth. Agents will earn 5% profit shar-ing on all agents they recruit to CENTURY 21 HomeStar. It is a Very Simple Program and Math! If an agent recruits another agent that earns $75,000 a year. The agent will re-ceive 5% ($3,750) a year in profit sharing. The math keeps joining! If an Agent recruits

10 agents that earn $75,000 a year. The agent will receive 5% ($3,750) a year for each agent. That is $37,500 a year. Wow! This is the best profit sharing plan in the industry!

All can be done online 24/7 or in our office. It covers everything from contracts to lead generation to successfully managing your business. There will be no shortage of educational opportunities.

We do not have our own personal real estate business or team. The main goal of our Broker, Owners, Management, and Support is to help build your real estate business and to be successful. No brokerage does it better than CENTURY 21 HomeStar!
YES! We want you to be as successful as you want to be in real estate! Our minimum requirement of our Agents is to keep all of your clients and customers happy and give them great service. We dont have a minimum production for our Agents. But, we do re-quire them to be available and help their clients and customers to the best of their abilities.
There are very little costs to join CENTURY 21 HomeStar. The only things agents have to pay for is a set of business cards and yard signs when needed. Business cards are $25– $30 and yard signs are $40-$50. That is it!
